It’s April which means it’s Cocktail Month on Pub Chat! Our first guest is Elsa, bartender at The Roost and we’re drinking Cannery Brewing’s Darkling Oatmeal Stout to start things off. Elsa made a delicious cocktail using a Duchesse de Bourgogne syrup. In this years cocktail month, Colin & Adrian will also alternate attempting a beer-based cocktail each episode to go along with our guests (more-delicious) creations.
