It’s the second episode of Cocktail Month 2016 and we’re drinking with Peter Hill of Albert Street Cocktails. Peter’s cocktail of the evening is using Maui Brewing’s Coconut Porter. Colin used the Duchesse de Bourgogne to make a beery take on a French 75 which he has dubbed the Flemish 75.
